WHAT IS COVERED
Smoothy provides to the owner of this push buggy a full one-year warranty. For one year from date of original purchase, we will provide , free of charge, parts to repair or replace any part of the unit that fails because of a manufacturing defect. If the buggy is defective, the push buggy will be repaired or replaced at Under Par's Pty Ltd option, with out charge. Should your push buggy need service during the warranty period or beyond, call (02) 9 417 4055 or email info@underpar.com.au for information or assistance.
Proof of original purchase date is needed to obtain service under warranty.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
Under Par Pty Ltd is not responsible for, and this warranty does not cover accidental damage,abuse, improper handling, repairs made by unauthorized persons, or failure of the product due to other than its intended purpose. Nor does the warranty extend to normal wear and tear on wheels, handles, suspension systems, or paint damage.
Any parts of the buggy that has "rust" will not be covered by warranty.
